All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless alternative arrangements are made. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
We provide delivery services throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on plant availability, weather conditions, and scheduling. Installation services require appropriate site access and environmental conditions. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery or special installation requirements.
While we provide comprehensive care instructions and optional maintenance services, the ongoing health of plants depends on proper environmental conditions, watering, and care. Removechargeix is not responsible for plant health issues resulting from inadequate care, unsuitable environmental conditions, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
We guarantee that all plants are healthy at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Our warranty covers defects in plants but does not cover damage from improper care, environmental factors, or normal plant lifecycle changes.
All content on removechargeix.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Removechargeix and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
